The agritourism offers excellent facilities, including a shared pool, a children's pool, and a yoga studio, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable stay for all.
The exterior of the property, surrounded by a beautiful garden filled with native plants and trees, is perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean climate. The highlight is the shared chlorine pool, which boasts lovely views of the Mallorcan countryside and measures 12.5 x 6 m, with a depth ranging from 1.2 to 1.9 m. There’s also a children's pool, ideal for the little ones to splash around and have fun. You’ll find sun loungers for relaxing in the sun, a barbecue for outdoor cooking, and several furnished areas that are perfect for enjoying time with friends and family. Your apartment also features a private terrace, ideal for having breakfast in the sunshine or enjoying a drink at sunset.



Inside, the property showcases charming Mallorcan style with high vaulted ceilings, creating a serene environment for you to unwind. The common areas include a spacious living room with tables and armchairs, perfect for escaping the heat. Your single-level apartment comprises a living-dining room with satellite TV and an open kitchen equipped with induction cooktops and all the necessary utensils for convenient cooking. There are two bedrooms, each featuring two single beds, air conditioning, heating, and an en suite bathroom with a shower. If needed, extra children can sleep on a sofa bed in the living room. For those travelling with a baby, we can provide a crib and high chair. Additionally, there is a communal laundry area available on the agritourism property.

Sa Franquesa Vella's location is ideal for those looking to explore the island's agricultural life. The charming village of Vilafranca de Bonany offers all the essential services for an independent stay, including supermarkets, bars, and restaurants. You can also visit other interesting towns nearby, such as Petra and Manacor. The closest beaches are located on the east coast, with Calas de Mallorca being a standout, along with other stunning spots like Cala Mendia, Cala Romántica, and the breathtaking Cala Varques.
