Apartment

One of four holiday apartments on the upper floor of a commercial building in the centre of the village. On the floor below the apartments, the owner runs a shop selling everyday goods, a post office and a bicycle hire shop. Lake Userin is approx. 300 metres away. Combined canoe/bike tours through the beautiful surroundings of the Mecklenburg Lake District as well as canoe and kayak hire can be arranged.

Access to the apartment is via a separate external staircase. Facilities include a living room/bedroom (double bed, TV, radio, 2 armchairs), a kitchen (pantry with electric cooker, fridge, dining area, various kitchen appliances), shower/WC and central heating. All holiday apartments have a shared utility room with washing machine (use for a fee) and ironing facilities. You can also use a rowing boat on Lake Userin free of charge. Car parking spaces are available. The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy.



Userin is a village on the lake of the same name between the small towns of Neustrelitz and Wesenberg (7 km each). Lake Userin is located in the Müritz National Park and is part of the popular Upper Havel waterway.
