One of four holiday apartments on the upper floor of a commercial building in the centre of the village. Access via a separate external staircase. On the floor below the apartments, the owner runs a shop selling everyday goods and a post office. Lake Userin is about 300 metres away. Canoe tours through the beautiful surroundings of the Mecklenburg Lake District as well as canoe and kayak hire can be arranged. Car parking spaces are available. The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy.

Equipped with: Living/bedroom (double bed, TV, radio), open-plan kitchen area (electric cooker, fridge/freezer, dining area, various kitchen appliances), shower/WC, central heating.

Userin is a village on the lake of the same name between the small towns of Neustrelitz and Wesenberg (7 km each). Lake Userin is located in the Müritz National Park and is part of the popular "Upper Havel Waterway".
