This beautiful villa in the picturesque village of Vizinada is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a well-deserved vacation! Villa BaseCamp is ideal for 6 people. It consists of 3 bedrooms with a double bed. Each bedroom is air-conditioned and has a TV and a private bathroom for maximum comfort for all guests. One of the three bedrooms is located on the first floor and is partially accessible, making it suitable for elderly or disabled guests. The open plan first floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room. A few steps down you will find the second bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom is located on the upper floor and has access to the beautiful covered terrace. Each room is individually and creatively designed, with great attention to detail, and the villa stands on a 750 m2 plot. Its highlight is definitely the beautiful private pool and the pool area, which invites you to relax! An outdoor gas barbecue is available for preparing meals al fresco.

Villa BaseCamp is the perfect starting point to explore this beautiful region, which offers many interesting day trips, and only less than 20 km separate you from the beaches around Porec.The villa is located in Vizinada, an Istrian village about 20 km northeast of Porec and is known for its beautiful landscape. Here you will find vineyards and olive groves. We recommend trying high-quality local products such as Istrian Malvasia, prosciutto and olive oil. During your stay, you should visit the coastal town of Porec and its Euphrasian Basilica. For those who want to stay active on vacation, cycling in this region is very popular. The adjacent Parenzana cycle route and the many signposted mountain bike trails invite you to go on long bike rides. The Istralandia Aqua Park is also nearby.

We also recommend a visit to the pretty medieval town of Motovun, where you can stroll through the old and narrow streets and enjoy a wonderful view of the green and hilly surroundings.
