The 200-year-old farmhouse with its thick natural stone walls has been restored with great attention to detail in the Istrian country house style. Special emphasis was placed on the use of local materials.
On the ground floor is the modern equipped, spacious kitchen (espresso machine, dishwasher and washing machine) with a cozy dining table for up to 8 people and direct access to the garden via a covered terrace. Furthermore, there is a bathroom with shower and toilet on the ground floor and a spacious bedroom (fireplace room with sofa bed) with private entrance. Next to it is a large brick barbecue that invites to barbecue evenings. The terraces are laid with natural stone tiles, an old natural stone wall overgrown with ivy separates the garden from the village street. The property is completely fenced.
