This old restored stone villa has a special vintage feel and is ideal for a pleasant family vacation. Villa House of Nice Memories is located near the small town of Bale in Istria. The villa can accommodate 4+2 people in a total of 2 bedrooms. On the first floor you will spend a lot of time together, either in the charming kitchen with dining area or together by the large stone fireplace. All rooms, as well as the open living room, overlook the garden and pool. On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms. You can prepare barbecues outside or just relax next to the pool while sunbathing on the sun loungers. If you are traveling with children, they can play soccer in the garden. Soccer goals and bicycles (for an additional fee) are at your disposal. You can also visit the charming villages that surround you, drive to the first beach or visit one of the tourist towns. House of Nice Memories is ready for your unforgettable vacation! The small, charming village of Bale is located in the western part of the Istrian peninsula. This place was named after the Italian word 'castrum vallis', which means valley. Bale is located in the valley between several picturesque hills. Bale is an old Roman town, known for its history, old stone houses and fortresses. If you like history and architecture, be sure to visit the Gothic Renaissance palace or old churches. Despite its size, Bale has an interesting cultural offer in summer - the Castrum Vallis art exhibition or the Jazz Festival in the Open. In the Ulika Museum you can also admire 200 million-year-old dinosaur bones that were found in the sea. About 15 km away is the beautiful tourist town of Rovinj with numerous restaurants, cafés, stores and museums. Visit the famous baroque-style church of St. Euphemia. You can also go horseback riding, hiking or jogging in the surroundings of Rovinj. If you wish, you can also visit Pula (25 km away) and admire the famous Roman amphitheater.
