The typical Istrian stone house Casa Le Finide is quietly situated in Bale and yet within walking distance of the medieval old town. On the ground floor of the 140 m² house there is a comfortable living-dining area with an open, very well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower/WC. From the kitchen and the living room there is access to the covered, secluded terrace with barbecue.
Upstairs there is a bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom (bath, WC, bidet), a bedroom with double bed and another bathroom with shower/WC.
The house is air-conditioned and equipped with pellet-fuelled underfloor heating, WiFi is available, and guests also have access to a washing machine.
Shopping facilities for daily needs as well as restaurants, bars, ice cream parlour are within walking distance. The beaches of San Polo and Colone can be reached by bike or car within a few minutes.
