This large and beautiful villa is located in a small village on the Adriatic Sea near the beach in Kvarner Bay. The beautiful Villa Salvia can accommodate up to 10 adults and 2 children. The property is ideal for a relaxing holiday for those who want to spend it in a spacious house with breathtaking views of the Adriatic Sea close to the beach! There are 5 spacious bedrooms with air conditioning and TV, 5 en-suite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and living room with fireplace and dining area. One of the bedrooms is located in a separate apartment which has a separate entrance. In this flat there is also a kitchen and bathroom.



In the beautiful attic there is a children's playroom with two double beds.



The sea view of the blue Adriatic from the terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and dining area is even more amazing! For an even more enjoyable holiday, there is an indoor pool with hydromassage and jacuzzi. Moenika Draga is located at the foot of Mount Uka and was founded as a fishing village. Nowadays Moenika Draga is known for a beautiful 2 km long pebble beach called Sipar and a small marina. Here you can experience the Mediterranean atmosphere and beauty. There are also beaches with hidden coves and cliffs and a nudist beach.



The third largest Croatian city Rijeka is only 30 kilometres away from the villa. Rijeka is known for its long historical and cultural heritage, numerous restaurants, cafes, clubs, bars and events. If you want to experience even more, take a walk along the beautiful shore of Loungo Mare and experience the nightlife in the nearby town of Opatija - also known as the pearl of the Adriatic.
