This luxurious villa in Reburići near Labin offers the highest comfort for up to 11 people on a completely fenced plot of 2,500 m². Guests enjoy an impressive view of the sea, the Raška Channel and the green landscape of Istria. Pets are welcome and find sufficient space to play and roam on the spacious lawn.



The villa has four bedrooms, two on the first floor, one on the ground floor and another in a separate pool building. Additionally, three sleeping accommodations are available on sofa beds on the ground floor. All bedrooms are modernly furnished with king-size beds, air conditioning and TV. Two bedrooms on the first floor share a large terrace with a panoramic view.



The fully air-conditioned ground floor comprises a living room with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a guest toilet. Large glass walls lead to a covered terrace with stone grill, sink, large dining table and direct access to the garden.



The private pool (11 x 5 m) has jets for massages and a counter-current system. Sunbathing lawn, sun loungers, parasols and four parking spaces (two of which are covered) round off the offer.
