The house is located on a fenced and landscaped garden of 1140 m², where guests can use a swimming pool of 40 m², deck chairs, two sofas, a covered terrace with a table for outdoor dining and a large barbecue, several parking spaces and a garage for two vehicles.

The rooms in the house are above average spacious, and on the ground floor of the house there is a living room with an equipped kitchen, a dining table and a couch. The living room leads directly to the terrace and pool surrounded by greenery.

This beautiful villa consists of 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. One bedroom with its own bathroom is located on the ground floor of the house, and on the first floor there are: one spacious double room with its own bathroom, two double rooms that share a bathroom with a bathtub/toilet in the corridor, and two double rooms each with their own bathroom and exit to the balcony with a beautiful panoramic view of the sea. A small living room is available to guests in the corridor. Pets are welcome.
