Within a short drive, you can explore nearby coasttowns like Porec with delightful restaurants serving traditional Croatian cuisine. The village atmosphere is welcoming and safe, creating a relaxed environment for your (family) vacation. For day trips, you’ll find cultural sites, wineries, and cycling routes all around the area, and the lively seaside town of Poreč offers shopping, cafés, and historic sights only a short drive away.



Getting Around:

Villa Fiducia is perfectly situated in the quiet village of Labinci, just a 15‑minute drive from the beaches and the historic old town of Poreč. A small grocery store and bakery are within walking distance, and larger supermarkets and seaside restaurants can be reached in about 10–15 minutes by car. Having a car is the best way to explore the region — the nearby Istrian motorway connects you easily to Rovinj (40 minutes), Motovun (25 minutes), and Pula (50 minutes). Free private parking is available on site, and Pula Airport is about an hour’s drive away.

Bed linen, towels, and pool towels are provided. There is a welcome guide at the house with all the details you need — from check‑in instructions to house information and local tips. The villa offers Wi‑Fi, air conditioning throughout, and private parking. Please note that a car is recommended to fully enjoy the area and discover Istria’s many beautiful coastal towns and inland villages.
