Villa Zarra is located in Dubrava near Šibenik, only 8 km from the city of Šibenik. Šibenik is a city in northern Dalmatia, located at the confluence of the Krka River with the Adriatic Sea, and is often called the City of Children because it has hosted the famous International Children's Festival for almost 60 years. If you want to escape from the hectic everyday life and treat yourself to a peaceful and pleasant holiday, then this villa is an excellent choice for you!
The villa was built in 2021 in a contemporary construction style, it offers its guests 206 m2 of living space and 1150 m2 of total property. The villa can accommodate up to 6 people comfortably in 3 bedrooms with double beds. The villa also has two bathrooms, one ensuite with a bathtub and a shower cabin, and one ordinary one that also has a bathtub and a shower cabin.
The living room has a corner sofa, a coffee table, a TV and a romantic fireplace. There is also a dining room with a dining table for 6 people, and a modern kitchen, perfect for preparing the most delicious meals for family and friends.
On the outdoor terrace, you can comfortably refresh yourself in the 36 m2 pool, 1.5 metres deep, which has automatic electrolysis as an additional function. Next to the pool, you will sunbathe on 5 sunbeds, 4 are intended for one person, and one serves as a sunbed for two people. On the terrace there is also an outdoor dining table with 6 seats and an outdoor charcoal or wood grill. You will be able to drink your morning coffee on the outdoor seating area next to the pool, where there is also an umbrella, or on another seating area with a table located under the canopy.
Additional facilities include a washing machine, dryer, iron, and a feeder and baby cot.
The yard of Villa Zarra is completely fenced and offers 4 private parking spaces. Also, the yard is big enough so that children will be able to play and have fun without hindrance.
What you definitely have to visit in the city of Šibenik are the cathedral of St. Jakov and the fortress of St. Nikole, where concerts are held in the summer, and you will swim at Banj beach with a unique view of the old town. Also, another interesting thing about Šibenik is that the series "Game of Thrones" was filmed there. In the immediate vicinity of Šibenik there are two national parks and one nature park which, along with numerous other beauties, make Šibenik a tourist paradise for all nature lovers.
"Krka" National Park encompasses an area of 109 km² of the most beautiful course of the Krka River and the lower course of the Čikola River, which is adorned with natural beauty and a rich cultural and historical heritage.
The second National Park "Kornati" is located in the Kornati archipelago with 152 islands, and the nearby Nature Park "Vransko jezero", the largest natural lake in Croatia, whose dominant feature is a special ornithological reserve with 256 species of birds, should also be mentioned.
