The villa is located directly on the sea in a quiet, idyllic setting. A garden with Mediterranean herbs as well as seasonal fruits and vegetables ensures relaxed hours, while the scent of pine trees and the sound of waves provide relaxation. Directly in front of the house is a concrete beach, parking spaces are available in the courtyard, and the centre with restaurants, cafés and supermarket is just a 5-minute walk away. The villa has four residential units, each with a separate entrance, balcony or terrace.



The holiday apartment of 45 m² offers space for 2 adults and one child. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living and dining area with a sofa bed. The balcony is south-west facing, partially covered, and equipped with a table, chairs, parasol, and clothes horse.



The kitchen includes a fridge with freezer compartment, electric cooker with 2 hobs, microwave, filter coffee machine, kettle, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. The living and dining room is equipped with a sofa bed, coffee table, dining table, SAT-TV and air conditioning. The bedroom offers a wardrobe, bedside tables, mirror and a double bed. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, washbasin, mirror and hairdryer.



The equipment includes a separate entrance, bed linen, towels, WiFi, air conditioning and a parking space on site.



In the surrounding area, you can expect numerous activities: water sports, boat trips, sailing, swimming, pedal boating, diving, snorkelling, boat rental, jet skiing, bicycle rental, kayaking and canoeing, fishing, billiards, hiking, mountain biking, wine tasting and sightseeing.



Included in the price are air conditioning, final cleaning, registration and deregistration fees, bed linen, towels, electricity, water, internet access and use of an additional bed for children (0-2 years). No deposit is required.
