The holiday apartment is located in a family-friendly holiday home in Ražanj, near Rogoznica, with a well-maintained garden and barbecue hut. The property is fully fenced and a secure parking space is available for each apartment. Pets are not permitted.



The apartment for 4 persons (Type A2+2) is approximately 40 m² large and features a separate bedroom with a double bed and a pull-out sofa bed, a bathroom with WC and shower, as well as a living area with kitchen and dining area. In the living area, a sofa bed for two persons can be used. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine, and all necessary kitchen utensils. Free WiFi and air conditioning are available.



The 10 m² terrace is oriented towards the south, covered, and offers a sea view. It is equipped with a table and chairs for four people.



The nearest beach is rocky with paved sunbathing areas; a short walk away is a fine pebble beach, ideal for children. Restaurants, cafés and a grocery store are located in Ražanj, larger shopping facilities, bank, post office, pharmacy and a yacht harbour are available in Rogoznica (12 km).



The environment offers numerous leisure activities such as boat tours, sailing, swimming, snorkelling, bicycle and boat rental, water sports activities as well as mountain biking and various play facilities.



Additional costs may be incurred for final cleaning, interim cleaning or use of the communal washing machine. Included in the price are air conditioning, electricity, water, bed linen, towels, internet (Wi-Fi) and tourist tax.
