An old watermill has been transformed into a welcoming home by a small lake. The restoration preserved its rustic charm while adding comfort. Set in a beautiful, peaceful rural area next to a lily-covered pond, the house offers modern amenities, a covered barbecue area, and a private pool.



The property is easily accessible, just 12 km from Póvoa de Varzim, its beaches, and the A28 motorway connecting Porto to Caminha. Barcelos is also 12 km away, and Apúlia beach is just 5 km from the house.



Please note, there are many steps both inside and outside. The house is secluded, next to a pond with ducks, frogs, and various birds. You may hear typical village sounds such as dogs, cats, and tractors, and notice rural scents. Charging electric cars or campervans is not allowed. Parties are not permitted. Please inform the host in advance if you wish to bring pets. Pets are allowed on request and for an extra fee. The tap water is not recommended for drinking.
