This two-century-old house has been recently renovated and is equipped with all modern amenities. Located in the center of the village, it offers excellent accessibility and shops very close by.



The space

On the ground floor, you will find an entrance hall, one bedroom, a bathroom, a dining room, a snooker room, a full bathroom, and a kitchen. On the first floor, there is a living room with a piano, an office, two full bathrooms (one with a jacuzzi), and four bedrooms, one of which has a private bathroom. The garden features a pool and a barbecue.



Guest access

At the front of the house, there is an old threshing floor where you can park.



Other important information

The owners live next to the house; the gardens are adjacent but have independent entrances. Charging of electric cars or motorhomes is not allowed. Pets are not permitted. The house's water is not recommended for drinking.
