The 160 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.

Your private outdoor area includes an open terrace and a grill.

A shared outdoor area, consisting of a pool, which is open from 9 am to 12 am, a garden, a children's pool and an outdoor shower, is also available for your use.

The apartment is a 5-minute drive away from the shopping centre which has an array of hypermarkets. The Terra Mitica theme park as well as an array of beaches, including the MSD beach, can also be easily reached by car.

One pet is allowed, and the Wi-Fi is suitable for video calls.

Parties are not permitted and the property does not have step-free access (there are 3 steps).

Pick-up services from the airport, train or bus station are available on request for a fee.
