Modern holiday home “Casa Pelt” in Finestrat, close to Benidorm, on the Costa Blanca, with 3 comfortable bedrooms for up to 5 guests. The villa features a private swimming pool and a fully enclosed private garden, guaranteeing privacy and comfort. The terrace and the private swimming pool are south-facing to enjoy the sun the whole day, with also several shaded areas to relax. The holiday home is located at the front and on the first line of the quiet and secured urbanisation “Panoramic Beach Resort”. This offers a beautiful view of the skyline of Finestrat, the coast of Benidorm, the Mediterranean Sea and the mountain Puig Campana with its famous “Ruta Kilómetro del Puig Campana” in Finestrat. There is one free private parking space (= numbered with house number 3E) located in front of the holiday home. Guests also have access to the communal outdoor swimming pool with children’s pool, located only approximately 40 metres from the holiday home and within the urbanisation. “Casa Pelt” is a welcoming villa where guests immediately feel at home, with all necessities and services nearby and at a short distance from the centre of Benidorm.
