The 60 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and can accommodate up to 4 people plus a baby in a cot. Amenities include air conditioning, a washing machine, and a TV. A baby cot is also available. The holiday home features a private outdoor area with a covered veranda. The property is ideally located between San Teodoro and Budoni, close to a public transport stop. Supermarkets, a pharmacy, and bars are nearby. Agrustos beach in Budoni is a 5-minute drive away, and La Cinta beach in San Teodoro can be reached in 10 minutes. Parking is available. Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed. Check-in is possible from 6 pm, and check-out is by 10 am. The house is situated parallel to the main road, about 10 metres from the house walls. Smoking inside the building is not permitted. You are required to follow waste separation rules, air conditioning guidelines, and pay the tourist tax on site; further information will be provided upon arrival.
