The house is located in the quiet hamlet of San Lorenzo di Budoni, just 35 km from Olbia, in a strategic position: not far from the sea but far from confusion and noise, the perfect refuge to find calm and serenity, close to some of the the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia. The house, pleasantly surrounded by greenery and with a partial view of the sea, is of recent construction. It is independent, but not isolated, and is equipped with every comfort. The external part consists of a garden planted with lawn and hedges, a beautiful private illuminated swimming pool and finally a covered veranda where you can have lunch or dinner and relax in an armchair. With three bedrooms, one double with bathroom and two twins, a second bathroom with shower, a spacious room with sofa and a fully equipped open kitchen, it can comfortably accommodate 6 people. The rooms are spacious and functional and furnished with taste and elegance. The house is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, TV, satellite dish, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, parking, deck chairs and sun loungers, outdoor table with outdoor chairs and armchairs.
the brick barbecue with hot and cold running water allows cooking enthusiasts to roast excellent local meats and fresh fish. In the evening the swimming pool and the garden are illuminated so that you can enjoy the summer evenings and take advantage of all the services of the villa.
The villa has 3 double bedrooms (max 6 people), 2 bathrooms with showers, a kitchen with dining area and a living room. The outside covered patio offers the possibility to relax and also, the patio has an outside table and chair set in order to enjoy a good meal with the warm weather. The living room has a 42 'television and satellite set. The house also provides a dishwasher, washing machine, safe, barbecue, outside shower and AC / heater system in each room. The car is essential to reach the beautiful beaches. The drive from Olbia airport is 25-30 minutes and Budoni is a 10-minute away with lots of other nice small towns within close range. It's also relatively close to a lot of the main tourist areas and beaches on the east and north east coast of the island, so it's perfectly situated for day trips.
