This former fisherman's house in the old town of l'Escala has been completely renovated while preserving original details. Now it is a luxury fisherman's house in the center of l'Escala just 50 m from the beach and restaurants. No expense has been spared on quality and luxurious finish. This is a unique holiday home.
Being only 50m from the beach d'En Perris and 200m from the Platja Gran, it is the perfect holiday home.

The garage is available in July and August!

The space
Air conditioning and WiFi are available throughout the house. There are two fully equipped kitchens, each with an induction hob, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. There are two bedrooms on each floor. The 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed, ideal for smaller children. There are also double beds in the other bedrooms, all with smart TV.

There is a toilet in the salon on the ground floor. The bedroom floors each have a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.

The second living room is located on the third floor. The sliding door gives access to a spacious balcony with outdoor furniture. There is also a metal spiral staircase to the roof terrace/solarium. When it is warm, the outdoor shower will provide cooling.

Thanks to the kitchen on this floor, you don't have to walk up and down to the ground floor. You can stream via your phone or tablet on the smart TV on the wall.

Guest access
The whole house except a locked closet of the owner.

Other things to note
- Final cleaning is mandatory. We ask for a contribution of € 200. To be paid locally.
- Tourist tax € 2 per person over 16, max. 7 nights.
- Bed linen is optional: € 16 per double bed, € 8 single bed.
- Bathroom towels are optional: € 10 per person.
- We do not accept groups of young people.
