Pleasant single storey house of 90 m2 located 900m from the sea, completely renovated with private pool of 7mx3m and its 25 m2 terrace. It consists of 3 double bedrooms: two with 140 beds, and one with two 90 beds. A shower room with WC, an independent kitchen, a dining room, two living rooms: one with a fireplace and equipped with a sofa bed, the second spacious with its television space (French satellite channels). The house is equipped for families with a baby, a cot with its mattress, a stroller and a high chair. A basement is at your disposal where the washing machine is located, and where you can store bikes. There is parking for one car on the property. A terrace with its stone barbecue will allow you to spend pleasant meals, all in lush greenery. The house is located in a very quiet area of L'Escala 900 meters from Riells beach and its promenade with its shops and businesses that run along the sandy beach.
The orientation of L'Escala allows access and enjoyment of different beaches: Riells, cala Montgo, the coves located in the old village and the Empuries beaches bordered by its Greco-Roman archaeological site.
This marvelous site allows you to hike or cycle in a natural environment.
