The building Playa Verde is one of the top locations in Cala Millor! A very popular and peaceful private apartment having predominantly German owners. As near as no other building in town, it lies directly on the 2 km stretch of fine sandy beach. Adjacent to this is the famous Hotel SABINA (formerly Osiris). The apartment on 7th floor in its front side has a fantastic, miles long view of the entire bay in both directions and of the morning sun. Through the corners from the sides of patio and to the back of kitchen, one can have an even clear view of the whole town and the mountain in the back-land regions as well as the evening sun. 2 elevators in the house. Only walking zone on all sides. There are 2 cafés, boutiques and a bicycle rental near the entrance in the ground floor.
Public parking just 200m away offers guaranteed and free parking. There is also a modern children’s play area there. Various supermarkets in the vicinity.

Winter rental: The apartment has new best quality windows with insulated double glazing, a strong air conditioner with heat pump, electric radiators for all rooms and double quilts, and is thus suitable for accommodation during winter.

Patio and kid’s furniture: There are 2 tables, 4 chairs and 2 loungers available for the patio. Food and drinks from the kitchen can be transported easily with a convenient trolley.
2 parasols and 2 light weight folding chairs can be used on the patio and also on the beach.

A baby bed (60 x 120 cm with grid, incl. bed linen), a high chair and a toilet seat can be provided for small kids if upon prior request. Price all together 3.00 €/day.
