The 34m² vacation apartment "Silent Flat" is located close to the beach in Puerto Rico, in the south of Gran Canaria. The apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom as well as one bathroom with shower and can therefore accommodate 3 people. The apartment also offers Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the bedroom and a TV. Children are allowed and a baby cot can be provided for an extra fee.

Guests can enjoy the mountain view while relaxing on the private open terrace and a shared pool, as well as a tennis court.

The apartment is just a 5 to 10 minute (2.2 to 4.5 km) drive from a variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, and shopping venues. The apartment is also just 4 minutes (1.8 km) by car from the Playa de Puerto beach. Visitors can experience the natural beauty of the island in the surrounding hiking areas, just a 10 to 15 minute (3 to 6.5 km) drive from the apartment. Golf enthusiasts will enjoy the 18-hole Anfi Tauro Golf course. Gran Canaria Airport is 35 minutes (48.5 km) by car from the apartment.
