Impressive villa with private pool for up to 6 people in the Salobre Golf Resort in the sunny south of Gran Canaria. The villa is modern and stylish. Especially beautiful is the outdoor area with many opportunities to enjoy the pleasant weather and the spectacular view of the golf course. The golf resort is located in a prime location in the south of the islands, just a few minutes drive from the golden sandy beaches of Maspalomas. The resort also has a Sheraton hotel, a supermarket, a restaurant and a golf school.



The house



In the attic there is 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bathroom with shower. Upstairs there is 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 pull-out bed and 1 bathroom with bath. On the ground floor there is 1 kitchen, 1 dining room, 1 living room and 1 toilet.



The kitchen is perfectly equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, oven, dishwasher, toaster, sandwich maker, kettle, coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine and juicer. For entertainment guests have access to Internet (WIFI), satellite TV, DVD player and fitness equipment.



The outdoor area



The outdoor area offers plenty of space to relax and the pool area offers a beautiful view of the golf course. The outdoor area has a covered terrace, dining area, sun loungers, gas grill, garden, table tennis and private pool with electric pool heating (extra charge) and salt water system.
