House for 8 persons: about 250 m2 on two floors. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, air conditioning and exit to the large terrace, a comfortable living room with air conditioning, a bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning, and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are three bedrooms with double bed and air conditioning, a bathroom with shower, and a bathroom with bathtub. Each bedroom has its own TV. In the basement of the villa there is a lounge area with wine bar, pool table and darts. Moreover, the pool house offers an additional amenity, as it comes with another fully equipped kitchen with air-conditioned lounge and dining area, TV and a WC.

Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.

WiFi available free of charge. The bedroom on the ground floor is suitable for people with reduced mobility. Private parking on the fenced property. The landlords run a winery nearby, where already for four generations grapes are grown on an area of four hectares, producing excellent wines year after year. You are welcome to visit the winery, to learn more about the wonderful craft of winemaking and, of course, to taste the wines yourself. Furthermore, you can buy wine, Istrian ham and cheese from your landlords and have them delivered directly to your villa. Bookings for youth groups (persons under 25 years of age) are not accepted.

Dogs: Please note that dogs must be registered at the time of booking, stating the breed. The cost is 10 euro per dog per day, and the fee has to be paid directly to the landlord. Number of dogs allowed: 2.
