This beautiful modern villa, located in a small and quiet village, can accommodate up to 10 people. This villa with a breathtaking view of the surrounding hills, vineyards and olive groves, is set in a large private garden. In the garden you will find a table and chairs for outdoor dining, a stone barbecue, sun loungers, parasols and swings for children. The entire property with a 32 m2 private pool is for your exclusive use. The villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms spread over 3 levels. Inside, everything has been lovingly decorated. On the ground floor there is a large dining room with fireplace and kitchen, a double bedroom and a toilet. On the first floor there is an open-plan dining area with an additional, well-equipped kitchen and a living room with access to the large covered terrace with breathtaking views. There is also a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. On the third floor there are two bedrooms, one with a single bed. Each has an en-suite bathroom and access to the terrace with stunning views.

The villa itself is a secluded, perfect place to relax ... so ideal if you value privacy, peace and tranquillity. Istria is easily accessible and has an excellent, low-traffic road network. The coast with the major tourist centres and Pula airport are only a few minutes away by car. The nearest beach, Plomin, is 15 kilometres away. The Istrian peninsula Terra Magica is located on the Adriatic Sea, the closest warm sea in the heart of Europe. The pearl of the Kvarner Bay belongs to the eastern part of the peninsula. In the western part, just 12 kilometres from Pazin, lies the fantastic medieval castle of Pazin (Kastel) 130 metres above the cliff where the Pazinica River flows into the Pazin Pit: This is the setting for the novel Mathias Sandorf by the famous French writer Jules Verne, which was published in 1885. Nowadays there is a Jules Verne Club in Pazin, and Jules Verne Days are organised every year at the end of June.
