The residence is situated in Villasimius, a holiday resort on the south-eastern coast of Sardinia, known for its long beaches with fine, white sand and crystal-clear sea with gently sloping seabed. Thanks to its location, you can easily reach some beautiful beaches such as the Capo Carbonara nature reserve, Porto Giunco and Punta Molentis. Villasimius offers not only numerous attractions such as archaeological sites and museums, but also discos, clubs, picturesque shops and typical restaurants where you can enjoy traditional specialities and excellent local wines. The centre of Cagliari is only a 10 to 15 minute walk from the residence, and Simius beach is only 2.5 km away.

Cagliari airport and port are about 50 km away. Access is directly from the main road. Parking (for 1 car) on the street in front of the house.

Kitchenette in the living/bedroom (5 sqm) with TV, dining area (4 seats), gas stove (4 burners), oven, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave, toaster, electric kettle and access to the balcony.
