Casa Luna is located on the first floor of a detached house in Villasimius, one of the most fascinating locations on the south-eastern coast of Sardinia. This privileged position offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding landscape and allows you to easily reach the splendid beaches of the area. The apartment has a private terrace ideal for relaxing after a day discovering the natural wonders of the area.

The apartment is accessed via an external flight of stairs. Once you have passed the entrance door, you will be welcomed in the living area:
KITCHEN/LIVING ROOM
The living area consists of an Open Space.
The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for use. Includes gas stove, refrigerator and coffee machine. The kitchen furniture is contemporary in style, with worktops and a dining table for four people.
The sofa and TV complete the environment.


A French window allows natural light to enter, connecting the interior with the terrace and the outdoor dining area so you can enjoy your meals in comfort.
The living area is the only room with Air Conditioning which is still able to cool the entire apartment.
BEDROOM
The double bedroom is an oasis of tranquility. Tastefully furnished, it features a double bed, bedside tables with lamps, and a large wardrobe and chest of drawers, to satisfy all space needs. The French window, equipped with blackout shutters, guarantee undisturbed rest and offer a panoramic view with access to the balcony.
BATHROOM
The bathroom, large and functional, is equipped with a walk-in shower, sink with cabinet, mirror, toilet. The furnishings conclude with a convenient piece of furniture where you can store your personal hygiene products. The finishes, with ceramic tiles in neutral tones, give a bright and clean atmosphere. Towels and toiletries are also included.



A few days before your arrival, an online form will have to be filled in with the personal data of all the guests, the insertion of the documents and the signing of the lease contract.
Even the tourist tax (1 € per guest per night)  it will be necessary to pay it online, through our website.
