Traditional finca close to Pollensa with private pool and splendid views. Finca Can Pascol is located in the mountains between Pollensa and Lluc. The 250 year old country house has been recently renovated and offers 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Finca Can Pascol is a perfect spot for those who love to be in the countryside and love the mountain scenery around Pollensa. The house is located between Pollensa and Lluc at the end of a small mountain road.
The beautiful old town of Pollensa is at approximately 7,5 kilometres distance. The narrow cobbled alleys are lined by traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays they stage one of the most popular and beautiful markets of the islands, with stalls running throughout the old town and its central square. The Plaza Mayor is also the place visit during the week to observe the daily live in this nice little town on one of the shady terraces of the cafés and restaurants.
The vivid harbour of Pollensa has a long seafront promenade with splendid views of the Pollensa bay and Cap Formentor. It is lined by restaurants, bars, cafés and shops. The long sandy beach offers all amenities like sunbed hire, beach bars, showers and shops in walking distance. Due to this infrastructure and the shallow waters it is ideal for families.
The area around Pollensa is popular with cyclers, bikers and hikers alike, due to the wide variety of routes and tracks leading through the mountains. Golfer have the choice between several golf courses and the bay of Pollensa is particularly famous among surfers and sailors, but also offers any kind of other popular water sports.
Finca Can Pascol is a 250 years old country house which has been recently renovated with a lot of attention to detail. The owners have kept and integrated many original features giving the property a lot of character and charm. The natural and rustic ambiance and modern facilities provide the comfortable surroundings for a totally relaxing holiday.
The ground floor offers a spacious living room with fireplace. A stone archway opens towards a separate dining area with doors giving access to the rear terrace. Also on the ground floor are the ample and fully furnished modern kitchen and a smaller bathroom with shower.
The bedrooms are all on the first floor and consist of two doubles and one twin, all sharing a full bathroom. All bedrooms have fitted cupboards and windows overlooking the spectacular mountain scenery.

Finca Can Pascol is located on a large plot of land. All terraces and the pool area feature marvellous views of the mountain scenery. The plot is terraced and the pool area and the surrounding sun terraces are overlooking the house. There area sunbeds, shades and a portable BBQ grill.
