Finca within walking distance of the village of S'Horta. Finca Gustavo is a well-kept holiday home with several terraces, a private pool, a great outdoor area and fantastic views of the countryside.

Finca Gustavo is located on the outskirts of S'Horta in the direction of Portocolom. S'Horta is a small, traditional Mallorcan village between Cala D'Or and Portocolom. Shopping facilities, restaurants and cafés are approx. 600 metres away and can be reached on foot; other very good restaurants can be found in the picturesque harbour of Portocolom and in neighbouring Calonge. Cala D'Or offers a wide range of leisure activities, sports facilities, boutiques, bars and restaurants. The Vall D'Or golf course is only approx. 3 kilometres away. The beaches of Portocolom and Cala D'Or can be reached in a few minutes by car, the quieter natural beach of Cala Mondragó is only about 10 minutes away by car. Finca Gustavo is located on the outskirts of the village, within earshot of the road to Portocolom.

Finca Gustavo is a spacious holiday home with 2 floors and upscale furnishings. On the ground floor is the open-plan living and dining area with a cosy corner fireplace and access to a large terrace with wonderful views across the fields to the sea. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. It offers a breakfast nook and also has access to the outside area. The first sleeping area is also on the ground floor and consists of two bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed and en suite shower room and one bedroom with two single beds and a separate bathroom with corner bath. The second sleeping area is on the upper floor and consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a shower room with a terrace overlooking the pool.

The bedrooms and living area have air conditioning with set operating times from 08:00 pm to 08:00 am.

The outdoor area of Finca Gustavo is spacious and well-kept and offers many details for the perfect holiday. There is a shaded terrace right next to the house with a dining table and views of the pool and the countryside as far as the sea. Next to it is a beautiful outdoor kitchen with barbecue, work surface, sink and a second dining area. There is a table tennis table, billiards and parking spaces for several hire cars directly on the property.

Children are welcome. A baby cot and a high chair are available free of charge. Second cot/highchair on request.
