It offers two floors, ample rooms and 3 bedrooms. It is a beautiful holiday home for a family, who will appreciate the quick connection to Alcúdia and the sea.

Finca Alexandra is set on the crest of a hill above the road connecting Alcúdia with Sa Pobla and Pollença and offers magnificent views of the Alcúdia bay. Theseaside resort Port Alcúdia with its famous, fine sandy beach is at about 1,7 kilometres distance, the beach at about 3,5 kilometres distance. The town of Alcúdia is at 2,3 kilometres distance.

Alcúdia has a very nice historic old town with pedestrian zone, restaurants, cafés and good shopping facilities. The marina Puerto Alcúdia has a nice seafront promenade with shops and restaurants from fine dining to family friendly and offers a wide selection of watersports activities. The seaside resort along the beach has nightlife, restaurants and leisure activities for all tastes and age groups. The bay is famous for its fine sandy beach and the shallow waters. Wind- and kite surfers will find excellent conditions!

The old town of Pollença is particularly beautiful. The narrow cobbled alleys are lined by traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays they stage one of the most popular and beautiful markets of the islands, with stalls running throughout the old town and its central square. The Plaza Mayor is also the place visit during the week to observe the daily live in this nice little town on one of the shady terraces of the cafés and restaurants.

Finca Alexandra has been fitted with style and high quality materials. It is the perfect family home with a large Garden and a lot of space. The ground floor offers an ample living room with dining table and lounge area. The kitchen is fitted and fully equipped. There is one twin bedroom on the ground floor and one modern bathroom. On the first floor is the master bedroom with modern bathroom en-suite and the most beautiful views of Alcúdia bay. The second bedroom on this floor is a twin bedroom. All bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning.


Finca Alexandra offers a large terrace and veranda, beautifully kept gardens and a large pool area with magnificent views of the Alcúdia bay.

Children are welcome. A cot and a high chair are available free on request.
