It has a private pool The perfect space to relax and sunbathe. The house is totally isolated. Around the villa you will find the brick barbecue and a pleasant outdoor dining area surrounded by colorful plants and hedges. There is plenty of street parking outside. The combined living room and dining room have large patio doors along the front wall, overlooking the pool deck, keeping the villa light and airy. There is a stylish corner sofa, flat-screen TV, and dining table and chairs. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped and has direct access to the terrace with barbecue. The double bedroom overlooks the pool and has a bathroom with a shower. The 2 double bedrooms share the facilities of 2 separate bathrooms, and each has patio doors that open onto the terrace with barbecue. The 3 bedrooms are bright and cozy.

It has 2 large supermarkets that you can walk to (the closest is 3 minutes away). The bars and restaurants are also a 3 minute walk away, the beach is very close, it takes about 10 minutes on foot and the town of Alcudia about 20 minutes on foot. You have golf in the Alcudia area, horse riding and, of course, all the water sports you can imagine. We recommend if you want to rent a car (we can facilitate it) and visit the beautiful coves of the island and, of course, visit the capital, Palma de Mallorca, which is a wonderful city.

There is the possibility of leaving the suitcases in the same house if the property is not ready for arrival before 16.00 in the afternoon.

Other highlights

There is an extra for electricity (0.30 per kW consumed) that helps responsible use and collaborates with the environment.
You can also have, on request, the pool heater and heating in winter.

Refundable damage deposit to be deposited at the entrance of the property of 250 euros. On the last day, the electricity consumption and the eco-tax will be discounted.

We are obliged to collect the Balearic Ecotax for tourist houses, this rate is € 2 per person and night, children under 16 years of age are exempt.
New Ecotax of March 2018 for establishments, Law 2/2016 of March 30, on the tax on tourist stays in the Balearic Islands and measures to promote sustainable tourism.
This Ecotax is a local tax that is not included in the price and must be paid at the end of your stay.
