Beautiful farmhouse close to Pollensa with private pool. Finca Elena is set on a nice plot of land framed by a holm oaks with views of the nearby mountains. The house is furnished in the characteristic local country house style and offers 4 bedrooms and 3 large bathrooms.

Finca Elena is located in the countryside between Pollensa and Port de Pollensa. The beautiful old town of Pollensa is at approximately 4 kilometres distance. The narrow cobbled alleys are lined by traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays they stage one of the most popular and beautiful markets of the islands, with stalls running throughout the old town and its central square. The Plaza Mayor is also the place visit during the week to observe the daily live in this nice little town on one of the shady terraces of the cafés and restaurants.

The vivid harbour of Pollensa is also at 4 kilometres travelling distance from Finca Elena. The long seafront promenade has splendid views of the Pollensa bay and Cap Formentor and is lined by restaurants, bars, cafés and shops. The long sandy beach offers all amenities like sunbed hire, beach bars, showers and shops in walking distance. Due to this infrastructure and the shallow waters it is ideal for families.

The area around Pollensa is popular with cyclers, bikers and hikers alike, due to the wide variety of routes and tracks leading through the mountains. Golfer have the choice between several golf courses and the bay of Pollensa is particularly famous among surfers and sailors, but also offers any kind of other popular water sports.

Ground floor:
Ample living dining area, one bedroom with king size bed and bathroom en-suite, one twin bedroom, one bathroom with shower, fully equipped, cosy kitchen.

First floor:
Large master bedroom with king size bed and bathroom en-suite, one twin bedroom.

All bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning running on a timer for 10 hours from 20:00 to 06:00 hours. (These times cannot be extended and/or changed).

On ground floor lever there is also a laundry room with another bathroom with shower and toilet, exterior access only.

Outside Finca Elena offers a covered and furnished terrace and a pool house at the rear providing a perfect spot to relax on hot summer evenings. There is a built in barbecue close to the swimming pool and front terrace. The pool terrace is fitted with sun loungers, while the large holm oaks provide natural shade if needed.

Children are welcome, a cot and a high chair are available free on request.

The pool can be heated on request. Costs will be charged on site and are not included in the prices listed.


MInimum stay is one week.
