In the heart of Mallorca’s countryside, on the outskirts of Moscari, you’ll find this cozy two-storey house with capacity for 6 people.
The accommodation is ideal for families or groups who want to unwind in a rural setting, enjoying complete privacy and all the essential amenities. The garden offers the perfect space to relax in the sun or enjoy the 7x3 m chlorine swimming pool, with a depth ranging from one to two metres. Next to it, there is an outdoor shower and sun loungers for relaxing in the sun. The porch is perfect for breakfast outdoors or enjoying a delicious barbecue.

The interior is warm and functional, designed to offer comfort in every room. On the ground floor, the living room open to the dining area features a Smart TV and a fireplace for the colder winter days. The gas kitchen has all the utensils needed to cook your favorite dishes. On this floor, there is also a guest toilet. The first floor houses the three bedrooms: one with a double bed and access to the balcony, and two twin rooms with two single beds each. On the same floor, there is a full bathroom with a bathtub. If you are traveling with a baby, we can provide a cot and a highchair, and outside you will find the washing machine, iron, and ironing board. The property has four standing fans that can be used in any room.

The property is located in a privileged rural setting, perfect for those seeking peace and quiet without giving up good connections. The area is known for its rural atmosphere, surrounded by almond and holm oak trees and gentle hills with views of the Serra de Tramuntana. From here, you can enjoy pleasant hiking and cycling routes, such as the paths to Caimari or Binibona. Just a few minutes’ drive away is the charming village of Selva, with its church and traditional cafés. The nearest beaches are Alcúdia and Muro, about 25 minutes away by car, ideal for fine sand and shallow waters. For golf lovers, the courses of Pollença and Alcanada are within easy reach.
