Cosy family finca with a beautiful garden. Finca Rosario is a relaxing stroll from Pollensa's historic town centre and has a beautiful garden, pool and summer kitchen.

Villa Rosario is ideally located in a small cul-de-sac, less than 5 minutes from the old town of Pollensa in the popular Sa Font area. The centre of Pollensa's old town is also within easy walking distance (approx. 2.5 km) and the harbour can be reached in a few minutes by car. Shopping facilities and restaurants are also within easy reach. The beautiful old town of Pollensa has an extensive pedestrianised area with traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays, a popular market takes place in the narrow alleyways, while during the week you can enjoy watching everyday life in one of the cafés in the central Plaza Mayor.

The lively harbour of Puerto Pollensa is around 6 kilometres away and has a long promenade with wonderful views of the bay of Pollensa and Cap Formentor, shops, boutiques and countless restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. The long sandy beach offers a good infrastructure with several beach bars, freshwater showers and sunbed hire. The shallow entrance makes this stretch of coast particularly family-friendly.

With its challenging mountain routes, the area around Pollensa is popular with cyclists, motorcyclists and hikers alike. Everyone will find their favourite route here. Golfers have several golf courses in the area at their disposal. There is a wide range of water sports on offer in the bay of Pollensa, which is one of the most beautiful spots for surfers and sailors and is less than 10 minutes from the centre of Puerto Pollensa with all its amenities.

Finca Rosario is a cosy holiday home furnished in Mallorcan style. The main entrance door leads through a covered terrace directly into the inviting living and dining area and a small separate kitchen. To the right of the living room is a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom. On the other side of the living room is the second sleeping area with a double bedroom and a twin bedroom sharing a bathroom and a further twin bedroom with en-suite shower room.

Finca Rosario has a beautiful outdoor area with several terraces and a slightly elevated pool area. A particular highlight is the summer kitchen, which has a brick barbecue, work surface with sink, a gas hob and a rustic dining table. Private parking spaces for several cars are available on the property.

Children are welcome. A baby cot and a high chair are available free of charge.
Pets are not allowed.

Minimum stay is one week, individual extra days are possible.
Final cleaning is included in the price.
