Finca Son Bennassar is located at only about 2 kilometres distance from Felanitx and offers fabulous views of the Sant Salvador monastery and the surrounding countryside. The picturesque village Cas Concos, the beaches of the Southeast coast and the Vall d'Or golf course are all in a short driving distance. Felanitx is a small country town with a pedestrian zone, shopping facilities, traditional cafés and a few restaurants. On Sunday there is a colourful market, with stalls spreading throughout the old town and the alleys around the church. Cas Concos is a quiet little village which is popular with travellers and offers some very good restaurants. The closest beaches are in Cala d'Or, the lively seaside resort with its famous seven bays and the mundane yacht harbour. It has a pedestrian zones with boutiques and restaurants to serve all tastes and budgets. The marina is lined with bars and restaurants and is an excellent sport to watch the coming and going of the yachts and their owners.

Finca Son Bennassar is a modern and very exclusive holiday home, mostly kept in white, but with interesting accents in wood tones and iron. The large windows and the selected details provide a warm and welcoming ambience. The living area on the ground floor is open plan with a fireplace, sofas, a large dining table and the stunning kitchen with views of the San Salvador mountain. One barrier-free bedroom with bathroom en-suite is also on the ground floor. Up the stairs is a landing with another living room fitted with lazy bags, the perfect spot to enjoy some privacy and relax. Also on the first floor there are three bedrooms with their stylish bathrooms en-suite.

Finca Son Bennassar is surrounded by nice gardens and offers spectacular views of the surrounding countryside and the San Salvador mountain with the monastery on top. The pool is large with a length of 12 metres and is surrounded by a sun terrace. Next to it, there is the pool house with gas grill, worktop, sink and a large dining table. There is also a shaded chill-out terrace fitted with comfortable lounge furniture. The garden and terraces are as elegant and trendy as the interiors and decorated with a lot of attention to details, creating the perfect surroundings to unwind and relax.

Children are welcome, a cot and an high chair are available free on request.
