Holiday home with marvellous seaviews in walking distance to the S'Amarador beach. Chalet Vistamar offers breathtaking seaviews and a 19,5 x 8 metres sized pool. The house is suitable for up to 6.

Chalet Vistamar is at approx. 1,2 km distance from the fine sandy beach S'Amarador on top of the cliffs overlooking the sea. Cala Figuera, Santanyi and Cala Santanyi are in only 6 kilometres distance. Cala Figuera has a very nice seaside promenade with a number of bars and restaurants overlooking the picturesque harbour. The charming village of Santanyi has a nice pedestrian zone with restaurants and boutiques and a busy market square. On Wednesdays and Saturdays is market day, which attracts visitors from all over the island. Cala Santanyi offers watersports activities, a beach bar and sun loungers to hire.

Chalet Vistamar has 1 bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, as well as two further bedrooms and bathrooms. The living-dining room is cosy and bright and is open to the fully equipped kitchen. A highlight is the glazed veranda with dining table and fantastic sea view, where you can enjoy the incredible view protected from the wind, especially during the cooler months.
Air conditioning in the bedrooms and living area. The air conditioning also serves as heating in late autumn and spring, and the bathrooms are equipped with small fan heaters.

Chalet Vistamar offers a large pool with pool terrace and a porch at the entrance of the house. Sunbeds are provided.


Children are welcome in Chalet Vistamar. One cot and a highchair are available free on request.

An older and very tame cat is living outside and most children love it. It is fed by a feeder.

A deposit of € 200.00 is payable on arrival, which will be refunded on the day of departure.
The use of the air conditioning is optional and is charged at a once-off flat rate of € 200.00/week directly on site. This amount covers the costs for the responsible use of the air conditioning within 1 week. In the event of excessive use (e.g. with open windows, appliances running during absence or set to extremely low temperatures), the landlord expressly reserves the right to charge extra for costs exceeding this amount.

Minimum stay is one week, individual days can be booked.
Cleaning and linen change once a week are included.

During the cooler months, the house can also be heated using the air conditioning units. This is also optional and not included in the price. The same conditions apply as mentioned above.
