Country home with large pool and private tennis court close to Cala d'Or. The finca Can Jeroni is set in a rural location at approximately 1 kilometer distance to Cala d'Or and Cala Sa Nau. The finca is furnished in a traditional Mallorcan style and has a very nice garden. It is suitable for 6 adults and 2 children. Free internet access (WIFI)

The finca Can Jeroni benefits from a rural location, while being in close reach of Cala d'Or, a lively holiday resort with all amenities. The small bays of Cala Sa Nau and Cala Serena are in approximately 1 kilometer distance. Cala d'Or and Porto Colom offer a number of sandy beaches and a variety of sparetime activities, restaurants, bars and shopping facilities. The house is a good starting point for excursions and to discover the beautiful landscape and the nice beaches of the south-east coast. Sport enthusiasts will find a good choice of sports activities from any kind of water sports to tennis, golf and horse riding.

The finca Can Jeroni is distributed on two levels and furnished in a traditional Mallorcan style.

First floor:

Ample living/dining area with large windows overlooking the garden. The living/dining room offers a large dining table, sofas and satellite television. Next to this room is a smaller room with a breakfast table and open fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen.

Ground floor:

Two bedrooms with kingsize bed, one bedroom with twin beds, one bedroom with bunk beds (90x190 cm). 2 bathrooms with shower, small living room. Access to the garden and terrace.

The house has air conditioning in all bedrooms running on a timer. Hours of use: 08:00 pm until 09:00 am.

The finca Can Jeroni has a very nice, well maintained garden with a small pond, fountains, children's playground and a tennis court. The tennis court has also a basket ball net and soccer goals. The covered terrace is fitted with a large dining table. There is a flight of steps leading up to the pool terrace. Pool loungers are available and the garden offers natural shade throughout the day. There is a rather steep flight of stairs leading up to the roof terrace, which offers sea views.

Due to the pool area and the roof terrace, the house is less suited for smaller children, as they need to be supervised at all times.
However, the stairs to the pool can be closed with a shutter.

The finca is best suited for 6 adults and 2 children, as one of the bedrooms is fitted with a bunk bed.
There are steps leading up to the pool area and to the roof terrace. Therefore, the house is less suited for small children.
However, the stairs to the pool can be closed with a shutter.
Air conditioning in all bedrooms running on a timer. Hours of use: 08:00 pm until 09:00 am.

Minimum stay is one week, extra days can be booked
Weekly towel and linen change are included, cleaning once per week as well
