This rustic finca is nestled amidst almond groves with a well-maintained and lovingly landscaped garden featuring bushes, flowering bougainvillea, and shady trees. The covered entrance leads directly into the bright and welcoming dining room, which flows into the cozy living room with TV/DVD player. Adjacent to the dining area is the new and well-equipped kitchen. Also on the ground floor are a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a guest toilet. This bedroom has air conditioning with set and limited operating hours. The three additional bedrooms, each with two single beds, are located on the first floor and offer beautiful views stretching to the sea. A bathroom with a shower is also available on this floor.

A large sun terrace with loungers surrounds the inviting pool (8m x 4m). This area is screened by a hedge. The covered terrace with a barbecue is perfect for summer barbecues outdoors. For children there is a swing and many play opportunities.
