Finca Ramirez is quietly located between the towns of Calonge and S'Horta on a beautiful plot with countryside and sea views. There are various shopping facilities and several restaurants in Calonge, which is only about 500 metres away. The popular coastal town of Cala D'Or is approx. 6 kilometres away and offers a varied range of leisure activities, shopping facilities, several beautiful beaches and an elegant marina. The unspoilt beaches of Cala Mondrago can be reached in around 10 minutes by car. The popular Vall D'Or golf course is just 5 minutes away by car.

Finca Ramirez is a bright new-build finca that offers plenty of space for 12 people. On the ground floor there is a living and dining area with access to the terraces and pool area. Right next to it is the modern, spacious kitchen, which is well equipped, and the first sleeping area with two bedrooms, each with two single beds, which share a bathroom with shower. Upstairs is the second sleeping area of the main house with a master bedroom with double bed, dressing room, large bathroom en suite and direct access to two large terraces with panoramic views of the pool, the countryside and the sea, as well as another bedroom with two single beds. This bedroom also has a dressing room and an en suite bathroom. The third sleeping area is located in a small guest house by the pool. These are each equipped with two single beds and an en suite bathroom with shower.

All bedrooms have air conditioning.

Finca Ramirez has a beautiful outdoor area with lawns and a large pool with a surrounding sun terrace. The house has a large covered terrace with lounge area and dining table. From the large terrace on the 1st floor you have a fantastic view over the countryside to the sea. There is ample parking space for 6 cars on the property.

Children are welcome. A baby cot and a high chair are available free of charge. Second cot/highchair on request.

Final cleaning is included in price.
For a stay of 2 weeks a linen change, towel change and a light cleaning are included in the price.
