Recently built country house between Porto Cristo and Sa Coma. This nice finca called Sa Torre Nova with private pool and distant seaviews is set in quiet surroundings close to Sa Coma and sleeps 10 people. It offers 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, air-conditioning throughout and a nice garden with different terraces and a summer kitchen.

The finca Siruell is set in a quiet, rural area a few kilometres away fro Sa Coma and the beaches of the east coast. The closest holiday resorts are Sa Coma and Cala Millor. Both offer a variety of leisure activities, restaurants, bars and shopping facilities. The beaches and the mellow sea are especially popular with families who also appreciate the excellent infrastructure. Between Porto Cristo and Porto Colom are a number of smaller beaches and coves, for those looking for more tranquillity and cristal clear water. Golfers are spoilt for choice with no less than 5 golf courses in the closer surroundings.

Finca Sa Torre Nova is fitted in the local country house style and offers air-conditioning throughout.

Ground floor: Large, fully equipped kitchen with dining table, living room with fireplace, laundry room, one double bedroom with kingsize bed and shower en-suite, guest toilet.

First floor: 4 double bedrooms, 3 with shower bathroom en-suite. The 4th bedroom is facing its own bathroom.

Finca Sa Torre Nova has a very nice outdoor area with garden, several terraces, summer kitchen and exterior bathroom with shower and WC. Sunbeds, beach towels for use around the pool and parasols are provided.
