Welcome to our charming holiday home in Duce, a perfect accommodation for families and small groups! This cosy lodging offers space for up to 6 people and promises an unforgettable holiday experience.



The apartment features two bedrooms with a total of three beds - two double beds and one single bed - and is ideal for families or groups of friends. With just one bathroom with a shower, uncomplicated use is guaranteed. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and central heating, so you can live comfortably all year round.



The fully equipped kitchen offers everything a holiday heart desires: refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, coffee machine, and complete kitchenware. A TV with satellite connection and WiFi ensure entertainment and connectivity.



A special highlight is the communal terrace with a barbecue area, perfect for shared evening grilling. The private parking directly at the building offers additional comfort. The location is stunning: only 200 metres from the sandy beach, with a supermarket and bus stop in the immediate vicinity.



Please note that pets are not allowed. The accommodation is excellently suited for families with children.
