The bright and air-conditioned apartment offers a comfortable bedroom with a double bed on 35 m², an open-plan living kitchen with a dining table for four people and a cosy sofa bed, as well as a modern bathroom with a shower. The fully equipped cooking area with refrigerator, freezer, cooker, filter coffee machine and kettle enables self-catering, while the south-facing terrace with sea view invites you to relax.



The apartment is located on the ground floor of a freshly renovated house and has a separate entrance. Wi-Fi and satellite TV provide entertainment, and a communal washing machine is also available. An outdoor grill in the courtyard can be used by arrangement, and a parking space is directly available at the house.



In the immediate vicinity, you will find cafés, restaurants, and shopping opportunities, including a small market just around the corner. The coastal town of Omis is only a few minutes away, and numerous leisure activities such as water sports, rafting, diving, hiking, and boat rental await in the surrounding area.
