The location of the villa is special in every respect, and the contents of the villa are in accordance with all modern standards of the most demanding guest. The villa is about 500m from the beach. It was conceived as a separate facility with a fully fenced yard, its own sundeck and a garden in an antique atmosphere.

Due to its size and contents, the villa is ideal for a family holiday and suitable for accommodation of up to 6 adults and two children up to 12 years old. Two cots and two baby chairs are available to guests.

The interior of the villa is comfortable and functional, moreover, you will find a hidden gem, a beautiful authentic house with an indoor fireplace on the ground floor, where a modern kitchen, a cozy living room and a bathroom. Upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The house is built on a beautiful private estate, which is entirely at your disposal.

Outside you have a beautiful area of covered outdoor dining area with barbecue. The house is surrounded by greenery and deckchairs and umbrellas are at your disposal.

Covered parking for 2 cars is located in the yard, next to the house. In addition to the above, next to the house there is also an old, renovated traditional tosh, which can no longer be seen almost anywhere except in this beautifully renovated antique.
