On the first floor there are 3 spacious bedrooms (each with air conditioning) and two bathrooms. Next to the room on the upper floor there is a terrace with a panoramic view of the Adriatic Sea.
The house also has 2 extra beds (the price for the bed per person is 20 euros per day) and can accommodate a total of 8 people.
The central place in the garden takes a large swimming pool (50 m2) with a small covered terrace and deck chairs. The yard is full of olive trees, has swings for children and a large green lawn where you and children can enjoy your time.
The property is completely fenced, has 3 parking spaces and free Wi-Fi.
The nearest restaurant and shop are 1 km away and the nearest beach is 4 km away. Near the villa is the famous tourist town of Malinska (4 km) with beautiful beaches and restaurants.
