We warmly welcome you to the exclusively furnished non-smoking holiday apartment "Morgensonne" (Nr. 7), which is located in the Villa-Ensemble Villa Düne in the Baltic resort of Baabe. The villa ensemble is located in a privileged position and consists of two detached houses, directly in the first row in the Baltic Sea resort of Baabe. It is only about 100m to the fine sandy beach, which extends from the Baltic Sea resort of Sellin to the Baltic resort of Göhren about 7 km. You can start your cycling and hiking activities right on your doorstep. But you can also spend a relaxing day on the beach or have a cup of coffee from the balcony overlooking the Baltic Sea. Various restaurants and cafes can be easily reached on foot, as well as various shops.

The stylish and comfortably furnished Non smoking holiday apartment "Morgensonne" is located in the 1. Floor of the house. You can expect a 2 room apartment with a total area of approximately 62 square meters, which you can easily reach by elevator. The apartment is furnished with great attention to detail and for a maximum of 2 persons. The open plan living area is equipped with modern furniture and has a coffee table with an armchair, floor lamp, a sideboard and a comfortable leather couch in fashionable colors. A Smart TV by Loewe with a Blu-Ray player is available for the entertainment as well as a small selection of holiday reading and music CD's. You also do not have to do without a free internet connection (WLAN). On the east facing the sea and roofed balcony you have a sitting set with umbrella for a leisurely breakfast in the morning sun or a glass of wine in the evening. You can enjoy a wonderful view of the beach promenade and the Baltic Sea. The high-quality fitted kitchenette has Bosch home appliances with induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, combination pad coffee maker with thermos flask from Senseo, egg cooker and various kitchen utensils. The dining area adjoins and consists of a dining table and cushioned chairs. For a restful sleep is a box spring bed (1.80 mx 2.00 m) available, with a full-length topper in comfort height. Bedside tables with wall lights, a generous wardrobe and a Smart TV complete the furnishings in the bedroom. In the living room and in the bedroom there is also a blinds with pleated blinds, a blackout with curtains and insect screens for a good night's sleep. From here you can also access your balcony. In the internal bathroom you will find a vanity, a wall mirror, a walk-in rain shower, a toilet, a hair dryer, a towel dryer and a vanity mirror. The infrared sauna helps to relax after a bath in the sea or on a cool day. The hall area is equipped with a full length mirror. All rooms have tiled floors. Underfloor heating ensures pleasant warmth on cooler days. In a separate storage room in the entrance area is a vacuum cleaner, a clothes horse and div. Cleaning utensils. Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
