The high-quality 67 sqm non-smoking apartment is decorated with great care. It is located on the ground floor to the sea side overlooking the park and offers enough space for 2 to 4 people and 1 toddler up to 3 years in cot. It is set in all rooms comfortable facilities. The large, modern kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, various cooking utensils and a dining table. The cozy adjoining living area is complemented by a large corner sofa, a flat-screen TV with DVD player, radio, CD player, Wi-Fi (inclusive), a glass cabinet with books and board games. From the living area you reach the covered and furnished terrace (northeast) with beach chair and view of the spa park. The two bedrooms are, like the entire apartment, equipped with high quality tiles and underfloor heating. The double beds (1.80 mx 2.00 m and 1.60 mx 2.00 m) are equipped with quality latex mattresses, adjustable slatted frames and, together with the blackout pleats, offer you a restful sleep. In each bedroom are also each a wardrobe and Nachtischablagen. The patio door and bedroom windows are fitted with insect screens. The apartment has 2 bathrooms one of which is equipped with shower, hairdryer, toilet, washbasin and towel radiator, the second has a toilet and wash basin with a three-sided mirror. Enjoy the peculiarity of the apartment with your own infrared sauna of Vitatherm. Especially in the cool season, you can enjoy the little wellness oasis. For our younger guests, a travel cot (without additional mattress without Bettinlett) and a high chair included available. A private underground parking space (no. 5) and a wall mount for max. 2 bikes at your disposal. A washer and dryer can be used at an extra charge in the basement. From here you have direct possibility to use the lift to the flat. Our holiday home has been certified by the German Spas Association and ECARF as allergy friendly. The bringing of pets is therefore not possible. Kurparkresidenz is a small apartment building with 16 apartments. It was built in 2009 and is separated only by a walkway from the spa gardens. Follow the path through the park, you will be after 70 meters on the kilometer-long white sandy beach, which extends from Sellin to Göhren. Kurparkresidenz has a large underground garage (elevator to the apartment, access heated in winter), where you can use your own reserved parking space for free.
