The listed, elegant Gründerzeit villa Lucie-Else was built in 1880 and is located in Klenzestraße in the seaside resort of Heringsdorf. The Villa Lucie-Else is centrally located and yet a bit hidden. The verandas, which are typical of the bathrooms, shed much light on the beautiful apartments.

Laundry packages are included, parking space is located in front of the house. Free Wi-Fi is available during your stay. So you are always up to date or share your holiday pictures with your loved ones at home.    This apartment can accommodate four people due to its two bedrooms. One bedroom with double bed, the other with two single beds. In addition, there are two bathrooms in the apartment. From the bright living room leads to the large terrace. The open dining and kitchen area and the stylish furniture make the relaxation perfect.   You can leave your car on the parking space directly in front of the house, because all shops for daily needs are within easy walking distance. Since we are partners of the Baltic Sea spa, the golf hotel Balmer See and the Baltic Hills Golf Resort, you will receive a 30% discount on the green fee in the golf clubs and until 31. August 2019 a 50% discount on the regular entrance fees with each visit to the spa in the seaside resort Ahlbeck. From September 2019 you will receive the 50% discount in the Ostsee-Therme with presentation of the spa card of the Kaiserbäder (KaiserbäderCard).

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 17:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
