This friendly apartment house is located on Maxim-Gorki-Straße, one of the most beautiful beach locations in the seaside resort of Heringsdorf. Directly on the promenade, you can enjoy the sea air first-hand in this house. In a quiet location, between the sea bridges Heringsdorf and Bansin, (distance about 1 km each) you will experience pure relaxation. The beautiful apartments, combined with the magnificent location, will make your holiday a pleasure. The ambitious and comfortably furnished apartment is ready for you. Bicycles and restaurants can be found in the immediate vicinity. The sandy beach is only a few meters away, you cross only the car-free beach promenade. The property is fenced on all sides and the parking space is located on the land. Here you will feel good and spend a nice holiday.

The 37 m² non-smoking apartment is located on the ground floor and is ideal for 2 people. The couch in the living area is a sofa bed for 1 person. The living room has a color TV with teletext and 1 stereo with CD player. In the bedroom, the comfortable Doppelbertt with 2 single mattresses ensures a good night's sleep.   The kitchenette with electric stove and microwave oven, dishwasher and refrigerator is fully equipped and a dining area is available. In front of the apartment is the sunny side of the terrace with garden furniture and cushions; the awning donates the desired shade.   The apartment has its own entrance and the parking space is directly on the property in front of the apartment. There is a coin-operated washing machine and dryer in the house. The beach is just a few meters above the property. On arrival the beds are already covered and the towels are ready. A beach chair and bicycle rental is located across the street. Free Wi-Fi is available during your stay. So you are always up to date or share your holiday pictures with your loved ones at home. Since we are partners of the Baltic Sea spa, the golf hotel Balmer See and the Baltic Hills Golf Resort, you will receive a 30% discount on the green fees in the golf clubs and until 31. August 2019 a discount on the regular entrance fees with each visit to the spa in the seaside resort Ahlbeck. From September 2019 you will receive the discount in the Ostsee-Therme with presentation of the spa card of the Kaiserbäder (KaiserbäderCard).

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 17:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
